†Verizon Refer a Business program is only open to select Verizon Small Business customers. Referral must sign up for a Verizon Fios & Phone bundle or standalone Fios Internet service with a two year agreement within 60 days of the referral to be eligible, and must keep the qualifying Verizon services in good standing for 60 days from install, with no past-due balance 65 days from install. Available to new business customers in select areas, subject to credit review. Eligible referring business and the referral will each receive a $400 Visa Prepaid Card, which will be awarded within 90 days of install date. Recipients must register for Card online. If a referral is submitted by multiple customers or in another Verizon referral program, only the first customer to submit the referral will receive the referral bonus. Verizon reserves the right to amend or terminate this program at any time without notice.

Visa™ Prepaid Card is issued by Pathward, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. No cash access or recurring payments. Can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. There is no limit to the number of Referrals a Referrer may submit for the Verizon Small Business referral program; however, (i) Referrers may only receive a total of ten (10) Visa Prepaid Card awards per calendar month and (ii) for Self-Referrals, Referrer may only receive a total of five (5) Visa Prepaid Card awards per calendar year.
