Verizon Refer a Business is a referral program (“Program”) for select, eligible Verizon Small Business customers that (i) refer other eligible small businesses or (ii) refer other eligible locations of their own small business (“Self-Referrals”) ((i) and (ii) collectively, “Referrals”) to Verizon for the purchase of Verizon Fios® Internet & Phone bundle or standalone Fios Internet service, each with a two-year agreement.

Referrer Eligibility : To be eligible to participate in the Program, Verizon Small Business customers (“Referrers”) must have twenty (20) or fewer lines and be a new or existing Verizon wireline service customer (e.g., Fios Internet, Fios TV, Business Digital Voice, etc.). Referrers may participate by submitting their Referrals through a special Verizon designated website; Verizon will provide the Referrer a direct link to the website.

Referral Eligibility: Both the Referrer and the Referral may each be awarded a $400 reward collectively referred to as “$400 Reward” if the Referral meets the following eligibility criteria:

(1) Have twenty (20) or fewer lines and have a business address in an area where Fios services are provided in the following states: CT, DC, DE, MA, MD, NJ, NY, PA, RI and VA;

(2) Receive an in-person or phone consultation with a Verizon Refer A Business agent or a field sales representative;

(3) Purchase through the Verizon Refer A Business agent or a field sales representative a qualifying Fios Internet & Phone bundle or standalone Fios Internet service with a two-year agreement within sixty (60) days of the referral; and

(4) Maintain the qualifying Verizon service(s) account in good standing for at least sixty (60) days with no past-due balance sixty-five (65) days from install.

Referrers and Referrals may each receive a $400 Reward according to the below process.

Once Verizon determines that the Referral is eligible, Verizon will send an email notification to both the Referrer and the Referral prompting each that an authorized person must register online for the $400 Reward. Online registration must be completed within ninety (90) days of the date of the first email notification; if registration is not completed within the ninety (90) window, the $400 Reward will not be issued.

Once the online registration process is completed, the recipient will receive an email with instructions on how to redeem and activate the virtual Visa prepaid card. The virtual Visa prepaid card will be sent to the email address provided during the online registration process. The virtual Visa prepaid card can only be used by the recipient and is not transferable.

Visa® Virtual card: Visa® Virtual Prepaid card is issued by Pathward®, N.A. No cash access or recurring payments. Virtual card may only be used by the person who completes the online registration process and is not transferable. The Virtual card can only be used for online or telephone purchases where Visa debit cards are accepted; may not be used in physical locations. The Virtual card is valid for up to 12 months and will expire after midnight EST on the last day of the month of the valid thru date found on the Virtual card. An expired Card cannot be replaced. Once the Virtual Card expires, the funds on the Virtual card will not be available to you. Not FDIC insured. In the event two (2) or more Referrers submit the same Referral, the Referrer that completes and submits the Referral first through the Verizon designated website will be deemed eligible to receive the $400 Reward for that Referral. Each Referral shall be limited to a single award of one (1) $400 Reward.

There is no limit to the number of Referrals a Referrer may submit for the Verizon Small Business referral program; however, (i) Referrers may only receive a total of ten (10) $400 Rewards per calendar month and (ii) for Self-Referrals, Referrer may only receive a total of five (5) $400 Rewards per calendar year.

Verizon reserves the right to amend or terminate this Program at any time without notice.
